Pregnancy deepened my understanding of the human body and the metabolic systems that support performance, recovery, and resilience.

Over the years, I’ve studied and coached women through training, nutrition, and metabolic health. But pregnancy and postpartum introduce a new layer of complexity that many women feel unprepared for. The amount of information available can be overwhelming, and much of it lacks practical context.

It’s designed for women who want to stay strong, informed, and confident in how they care for their bodies during this unique phase of life.
